Are you running late? You are provided a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a late fee of $10. Please be prepared to possibly having to reschedule/ not be able to complete all services if more then 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled

Cancellation/Rescheduling Any rescheduling must be done so 24 hours prior to the appointment date. This allows me the opportunity to book in another client. Clients can cancel and reschedule appointments by text or leaving me a message Any no call/ no show will be charged 40% of service
