Booking Policy There is a $30 Non-refundable deposit fee required to secure your appointment.The deposit is applied to the total balance and the remaining balance is due in CASH only. Please bring exact cash as there will be a credit card fee of 2.6%

Lateness policy: Do Not Book

Are you running late? You are provided a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a late fee of $10. Please be prepared to possibly having to reschedule/ not be able to complete all services if more then 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled

Cancellation/Rescheduling Any rescheduling must be done so 24 hours prior to the appointment date. This allows me the opportunity to book in another client. Clients can cancel and reschedule appointments by text or leaving me a message Any no call/ no show will be charged 40% of service

The Day Of Your Appointment

Thank you for your interest in me to provide hair removal/ post treatment services. Please allow 3-4 weeks of hair growth for your wax appointment. It is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing to your appointment.

Silent Appointment

Please do not hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you’re anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time. There will be no judgment… There never is Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option
